Overview

ODI_JDBC ACCESS is java based Access Driver written specifically for ODI to deliver better and faster ETL experience with Access as Source or Target.
Access 2000 and later are only supported presently

Some of the key feature of this Driver are :-

  • Reverse , Load and Integrate Access DB
  • Reverse Single/Multiple Tables simulateneously
  • Rewrite into existing Access
  • CopyTable and CopyFile API to load data from DB/Delimited File into Access DB using ODI Procedure
  • Supports Access Datatype BOOLEAN, BYTE, CURRENCY ,DATETIME ,DECIMAL, DOUBLE, FLOAT, INT, LONG ,MEMO ,OLE and TEXT.

Compatibility

ODI 11G is only supported presently.

ODI JDBC Access Technology is a specialized ODI Technology to support the ODI JDBC Access driver and support the various Access datatype.

  • Write/rewrite Access into any OS environment.
  • INSERT/UPDATE and Primary Key is supported while writing into Access
  • CopyTable and copyFile API to move data from DB/Delimited File into Access DB using ODI Procedure

API

We have also introduced CopyTable & CopyFile API.

  • CopyTable can unload Single/Multiple Tables into same/different Access DB ,using ODI Procedure.
  • Similarly you can use CopyFile to unload Delimited File into Access DB
